Trainee Acountant

A full time, permanent trainee position has arisen based in our Birmingham Head Office. You will work as a part of a team , reporting to the group Head of finance. Your responsibilities will be to: Carry out company secretarial tasks, using leading accountancy practice software.Liaise with HMRC and Companies House and develop an understanding of these compliance systems. As basic requirements: You must be able to demonstrate an excellent standard of English and close attention to detail.

Previous experience in an accounts role is desirable and previous office experience of at least two years is essential. You should have a minimum A-level or equivalent standard of qualification. This position would complement studies towards ATT, AAT or ACCA, although you need not have started these qualifications.
